    I was doing practice problems with the complement operator and I was doing ~5 but was getting -6. I don't get how that is correct because the binary format of ~5 and -6 are both different. I would appreciate it if someone could help me solve this problem.

    25^30 is 7 here 25 binary value is 11001 and 30 is 11110 …the result of XOR is 0000111 so 0+0+0+04+2+1=7
