Yes I had already done this and for some reason the installation process stops.
It works (somewhat)for  other themes but for virtue it stops at "unpacking the package".Maybe a problem on my pc.Thank you anyway for your answers.

Greg, two or three questions/issues.  First, for some reason in my blogpost excerpts on my home page, theREAD MORE hyperlink for my blogposts don’t take me to my blogposts, they take me to another page.  What am I doing wrong?

Then, how can I change the color of the top bar in the header?  It seems like it should be pretty easy, but I can’t find it.

Also, is there a way to remove the page titles on the pages?  I tried header remover, but it doesn’t seem to work.  Some of the charcteristics of Visual Editor also don’t seem to work.  That really isn’t a problem because Virtue seems to have ways of changing the fonts, so I can work with that.

    Thank you in advance.

    Patti Bealer

Guess what!!! I figured it out. It was how I was having permalink name my posts. So the blog questions got fixed very easily. Then the top bar in the header can be changed in customize–yay, very easy.

Still stuck on the page titles on the pages, though.

Hello Greg Narayan, Thank you for this video. I truly recommend WordPress because over time I learned that you should never underestimate the value of security and WordPress is great to build your business or personal blog. You should never forget to put in action security measures on every aspect of your website.

Starting from where should I host my project, my business, etc. Think first on hosting security. Security hosting is a must to have if you are making your name on the web. I’m hosting my 12 main video blogs on because I trust on their security features and proven solutions due to the high level of security that does not restrict the usability and functionality of my sites operating with wordpress.

I just start building niche video websites, clone them, scrap them with different keywords and then re-launch them alive. I replicate the process over and over again and got massive traffic entrance and a great huge cash pasive income. Believe me WordPress is great platform to build your goals. Nice video Greg Narayan I’m following you right now 😀 , thumbs up!

Hi Greg!  I had someone else design and host a wordpress website for me a few years ago- I’m doing some rebranding and want to redesign a website myself.  Your video is really helpful but I’m wondering how to go about designing a website while I keep the current one active until I’m ready to make it live.

Greg, hey bro your tutorial is spot on! I’ve hit a snag though and it has stopped all progress. I’ve tried to download and install the Virtue theme on two separate machines and three different browsers, I am getting the error:
    "Installing Theme from uploaded file:
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the theme…
    Destination folder already exists. /home4/threid/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue/
    Theme install failed."
    How shall I proceed?

Thanks but how to have this zip file since I don’t see it?
And what do you mean by "install from within wp themes"?

Hey Greg, this has been so fun to follow along with. I’m just getting into blogging. On the homepage, your boxes were 2×2 but I cannot find how/where/what to change in settings to get this. Any advice?

I just did the install and there’s no slider or pictures or anything. I had started my website before with another theme. I had a menu with about, gallery, etc. and none of that shows up on my website now either.

+Greg Narayan Love your tutorial. My site is coming together nicely. I’d like to put my secondary menu below my slider.Could you tell me if that’s possible? I’d like to create categories for my blog posts and put them in each different category.I’ve made the menu but it’s not where I’d like it. Also I’d like the main menu to be right in line with my site logo(above the slider). Could you show me how to do that please. Also I’ve shared your page like crazy.Great stuff!

If you can guide me I would sure appreciate it.

Hi Greg, thank you so much for this tutorial. It really helpt me a lot. I’ve built a website following your steps and now I can make it my own. I do have one problem that I can’t solve. At my homepage, just below the blog sections there is still a functional bar and some tekst. It’s like my homepage (no matter, which page I set as homepage) has a bar and tekst that is pushed down because of the blog sections. It has no function for me but i can’t remove (or find….) it.
When I set my frontpage as you did it there is still the line: Latest post.
When I set, for example, my ‘New products’ (where my blog is also to be found) page as homepage than the titel New products shows up at the bottom of the homepage.

I hope i’ve made myself clear.
    Can you please help me?

Hi Greg! So, I’m having some trouble with the slider feature. I followed your instructions regarding uploading images to slider, but when I save and refresh, no images appear– only the text I inserted under the image’s "Title". I’ve tried using both PNG and JPEG images, and my image size is under the limit, but I still have not had any success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Greg. My blog is still unpublished. On my site I have 6 pages, including my home page. I was going to add an "About Me" page, however that puts the page tab in a second row, underneath the first. (Does that make sense?) So I decided the next best thing would be an "About Me" widget, at the top of my side bar, which links to an about me page. Can you help me?

Great video tutorial! But still one challenge I found in using WP is the ability to add database functionalities, things like searchable databases, feedback forms, etc. Always you’d have to do some backend coding or use some sort of a plugin that may or may not work. This video tutorial from Caspio shows how you can use their platform to add a searchable contacts database on a wp site in a few minutes: Just wanted to share and hopefully this’ll be of help to other WP users too!

Hello there, Greg. Well, good, bad or ugly…my blog is out on the information highway! My broken wrist (2 places) really set me back. I had to delete my menu because I couldn’t get it to work properly. I forgot how to remove the "leave a reply" on my homepage, but keep it on my category pages. In other words…it’s a mess! You can take a look at it if you’d like. Here’s the addy:
