An in-depth overview and tutorial on how to use the Exodus wallet. Exodus is a bitcoin and cryptocurrency wallet with a built in exchange using Shapeshift. It is super user friendly and has a beautiful UI. It is one of my favorites.

The exodus wallet is beautiful! I send my genesis mining payments and hold all my Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Dogecoin in there! Hopefully they integrate even more coins soon!

How do you know that a wallet like Exodus is trustworthy and secure compared to something like the official bitcoin core wallet? Can’t it get hacked or have a backdoor? Not criticizing your choice just curious how you can trust a free software with your money like that.

Poloniex, Bittrex have constant different buying and selling priced orders? So what pricing does Shaftshift use when you exchange BTC for ETH or whatever?

  23. Omer Haroon June 6, 2017 at 5:29 pm - Reply

Say I execute the exchange at the current rates I watch on any of the centralized exchanges. When I get the coins, do i get them at the price I execute my trade orrrrr when they arrive?
