Add Amazon affiliate link to YouTube and earn money when someone buys something on Amazon from your link. It’s a great way to create passive income from your YouTube videos.
If you don’t have an Amazon associate account yet, sign up for one, so you can take advantage of Amazon affiliate links.
Once you have an account, you can search for any product and copy the link to YouTube and add it to your video description.
The best practice is to use Amazon links that are shorter and more presentable in the YouTube description.
You can build out links with images if you are using the link for your website.

So I have joined the Amazon associates program, and I haven’t input my tax info because I’m having to wait until the week to visit my bank and open up a account just for this. Will they still give me the earnings from commission sales I make when I do set up that info? And will they pay for commissions made while your account is pending?

When you sign up for amazon affiliate it asks you to do the following:
"List all the top level websites and/or mobile apps on which you plan to display banners, widgets, Special Links, or other ads from Amazon Associates. You need to add at least one website or mobile app. You can add up to 50 websites or mobile apps."
What do I put for that if all i have is a youtube channel and not a website?

Hi nice video. I was wondering if Youtube penalizes you for adding a link to Amazon from a video, if you are monetizing your Youtube Videos for Ad Revenue. I was sure about the wording. They say that you can't make a link to another domain. Thanks, Daniel
