Welcome everyone to a tutorial series on Google Cloud. With Google Cloud, we can do things from running a typical virtual machine, to doing various machine learning tasks like analyzing text, speech, and imagery.

To begin, we’re going to launch a virtual machine.

Does it also use our machine’s own computing power? Because, what I think about cloud computing is – distributing computation to all the connected computers.

    Hey there,
    Thanks for the tutorials!
Q- I’ve almost completed basic lessons for python. And I want to learn django next. Can I skip the intermediate lessons and directly jump onto django lessons? Or intermediate lessons is a must?
    Thank you!

Could you please please please please do a video on setting up a GPU enabled Compute Engine? Especially the part of setting up CUDA and other libraries to get started with Tensorflow-GPU. Thanks a million!

Sentdex how does the Google Cloud speed compare to your local GPU when running ML models? or does it compare because you can use many more GPU’s in the cloud? Does it make any sense to buy a GPU if you can access the cloud? thx

Could machine learning be used to search for anomalies in video frames? One issue being that the video is somewhat chaotic – imagine video of the back of a boat while in motion. Steady state, but chaotic. The other issue is that I can not train it on exactly what to look for. We know something is happening and we suspect it is perceptible on video (and unfortunately this is only a suspicion – there may be no signature at all on video). So basically I would ask the AI, "tell me when something looks different than the rest" instead of "tell me when [this] occurs".

Any thoughts on that? Maybe a link or a series you have already done? Is ML even a good way to go about this task?
