Java is a general-purpose programming language that is class-based, object-oriented, and designed to have as few implementation dependencies as possible. It is intended to let application developers write once, run anywhere (WORA), meaning that compiled Java code can run on all platforms that support Java without the need for recompilation.

I was not a beginner in Java but still somehow never fully confident with the language.
But now after watching the entire video I am pretty sure I can understand not only the working but also the underlying concepts.
Great video, great way of explanation with examples and obviously great tips for making our code more elegant.
    Thanks a lot for this!!

3:56:12 – isn't that removing the 20th item from the list? I thought lists and arrays always started at index 0?

java isn't hard when you can program javascript. It's just a lot more verbose and have a lot more classes……..and it have more than just "array". It's pretty much the language for android, unless you want to use (holds laugh) Kotlin. Thankfully they have button to convert Kotlin to Java in the android studio.
