your voice is too soothing and calm, imo it doesn't fit for teaching since it makes me fall asleep.

For beginners, java is supposed to learn slowly but surely. Your tutorials are right on point and easy to track, thanks for the video.

My java class is built around using BlueJ too which really doesn't make sense to me. It makes everything so much more confusing. I usually just end up building my programs in Netbeans and transferring it over afterwards.

Loving the tutorials so far by the way. I'm using them to prepare for my final exam

I really want to learn Java and these tutorials are helping me learn basic things but I don't understand how other things work like creating a window or getting user input like mouse clicks. I don't get where that comes from. I also have trouble understanding some of these tutorials. But again these are great tutorials!!

A super tutorial, with the exception that the super() keyword is not explained. Keep it up though. Nice work 🙂

I am forced to use BlueJ in the UK, I asked the Tutor if we could use Eclipse or Netbeans and his response was it is too hard for the tech team to install new applications on the college systems. QQ
    p.s awesome tutorials 😀

Hey how dare you insult BlueJ John!…..My grandfather's 2nd cousin's-cousin created that IDE man!!………….JUST JOKING!!! 🙂

But on the serious side, thanks a lot for all these great tutorials…they're making learning java really easy. Thanks again 🙂

Hello John, i'd like to tell you how thankful I am that you are willing to share your knowledge in this way. I have never even thought that i would ever write a program myself, but thanks to your series of tutorials i find myself typing out simple apps in my spare time and accualy longing to know more. There is a saying which goes: "If you share your food, you will be left with just a half of it. But if you share your knowledge, you will find yourself having double of it." Thank you.
