Do you ever deal with the warning message. I just downloaded Python 2.7.13 and 3.6 and it says to download a third party program (which I did, I just don’t remember the name, but it is a link directly from the python website) to take care of the unstable problems of Tcl/Tk (8.5.9). My problem is that Python/IDLE keep crashing at first whenever I typed "raw_input(" as soon as I typed the "(" the. It would crash. Now, it is doing it randomly. I tired using sublime, but haven’t had a chance to use it yet. Any ideas? I should I just use Python just the way you are using it here? Thanks

Hi, my professor told is to use Python 2.6 and that the 3.x is not as good as the 2.x ones. Is that just because he is getting old, or are there any real pros/cons? Planning to use it mostly for scientific stuff (read data, transform data, plot data), but right now I have no real idea of what I am doing (but usually it works :D)
Also he told us to use a Linux destribution, no Windows or Appls OS, because "python does not work well on these", again, is he just used to Linux and 2.6, or is he somewhat right, in a way? 🙂 Thanks for your videos!

i ran and installed the program but i couldn’t open it and i got this message every time:

The program can’t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

    I installed many times,
By the way my windows is 7 but i don’t think that is the issue, because i downloaded the python several times 32 bit 64 bit python 3.5.3 3.6.1

I started so energetic but i couldn’t install the program, and it came like a huge stone on my way even i have been attempting to install the prog something like 3 hours
thanks anyways, i really appreciate your effort, you are inspirational
