A very useful video, but I can't get the breakpoints to break. Can you help with breakpoints failing to pause execution in PyCharm 2020.1, build 201.6668.115. Many thanks.

While I appreciate what you're trying to do, you're going WAAYYYY to fast for this to be useful. In addition, why use complex topics like arrays when the point of this video is about using Pycharm, NOT learning how to code???

This is my third Pycharm tutorial and all three of them have started with existing projects. This is not useful to beginners that have no existing projects. "Maybe you should learn how to create new projects before starting on Pycharm", yes, fair point. But as a beginner I'd really like to figure out Pycharm first as that's where all the python tutorials keep pointing me to first.

Can you just run a single or a portion of the script individually in PyCharm (as in the case of Spyder) ? It seems that you have to run the whole script in PyCharm

Hi there! I'm new to PyCharm and when trying to run some codes, I get the message "pycharm is not allowed to run in parallel" and instead of the run button it shows stop and rerun. what does that mean and what should I do?
