    my_html_file = open("C://___project/my_html_file.html", "w")

    Do more of this real world codes b/c I took coding class for 3 years of college and they all teach you what string,int and all the data types. The stuff that will never be used in real life. I like to code websites b/c you can see the results and I know python and other lang. do the same but none of the prof. teach you how.

    I think i might have found a bug in VS code. I was following along with your video and basically made everything into one code? (Still extremely bambi on the subject.) but I had a few breaks through out so I can go through step by step (Which is extremely helpful, ive been at this now for about 14 hours of just knowledge.) and noticed that after I put the –VariableA + " " VariableB– and hit debug, the whole system just kind of froze up like it didnt know weither to throw the error or jump to the first break. Could be completely wrong and it was just being slow but just in case!

    I was looking a few different editors, I'm really glad a came across this series, VS code is really good, definitely easier to get setup and use for a beginner like myself.

    I like your attitude on making the website free. I think you should make it free for a while until you get a good enough traffic before charging. 🙂

    Thanks Chris I've tried some of the other on line tutorials and felt like a box of rocks. I'm 55 now and want to learn programming to have something to do in my retirement years. I don't want to end up watching TV in my drool. I don't know what direction to take Python, but want to develop something to prevent seniors from doing stupid stuff on their computers, like I just had to fix my neighbors. I f you want the long story I can email it, or share it here. I think it is to long to set up for just the comment section, but the guy ended up allowing hackers into his Windows 10. He now runs Ubuntu.

    It may be a little late, but when I press the start debugging, instead of the debug console, a terminal opens with a lot of text mostly directories, which, at this point is not very useful for me, any idea how to disable it?

    when i try to run the code to open the HTML it gives me a Syntax Error. It dosnt like the "w" on line 4, my guess is that it is no longer the shortcut to write files?

    I’m a civil engineer and I have been interested in programming for the last 2 years, i got enrolled in many online courses and I paid a good amount of money to learn several languages but all I learned was strings, variables, loops, functions… the same shit and those were easy to learn but no fucking one explained how those things are used to build as you said Instagram or YouTube or whatever out there. The only thing that made sense wast html and ccs. And your video made me fucking happy starting from 12:24 until the end. Man I swear you’re awesome and I’m gonna watch the whole series and i hope it will be about practical knowledge as you said. Thanks a lot 👍🏼

    Hello, I just wanted to start by saying thanks a million for this tutorial.

    I've noticed when creating the variables that the editor isn't displaying my "options" and that when I hover over anything that would normally display information about it, I only receive a "loading" sign. Do you know what might have gone wrong?

    I don't know if it's relevant or not, but my language mode is set to "MagicPython" instead of just "Python" as it shows on the bottom-right corner of your screen.
